EFT-BirdEmotional Freedom Techniques are a set of meridian or energy-psychology tools which are very simple to learn, non-invasive to practise and highly effective. EFT allows rapid resolution of many negative emotional states (phobias, anger, anxiety, grief, guilt, traumas) and the physical tensions and stresses caused by mental-emotional stress.
